Generally, Lone Star Community dinner meetings are held on the second Thursday of the months September through May. Occasionally this will vary.  See the sections below for details.

Program only may not apply to meetings without programs, such as holiday parties or banquets.

Reservations

Register online (recommended) no later than 5:00 p.m. on the Monday before the meeting date. Reservations for dinner after this deadline subject to $5 late fee. PayPal pre-payment is not refunded and not accepted after this date.

We accept reservations starting 10 days before the dinner meeting.

Cancellations

To cancel, you must email programs@stc-dfw.org no later than noon on the Tuesday before the meeting date. Cancellations made after this deadline will be liable for payment. 

Door Prizes

Door prizes change for each meeting and are announced closer to the meeting time.  The tickets are $2 each, three for $5, or seven for $10. Proceeds benefit the Lone Star Community Scholarship Fund or the General Funds, depending on the month.

The Crowne Hotel now charges a substantial price increase for menu
substitutions. If you do not like the regular menu for a particular
month, please consider the vegetarian menu.
