STC's Region 4 Conference, "The Crucial Communicator," will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn and Gateway Conference Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Sessions will feature presentations and discussions on how technical communicators can more effectively demonstrate their indispensability in the workplace. The ISO JTC 1 SC7/WG2 group—comprising international experts in standards and user documentation from the United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and the United States—will be in attendance.
