Don Liedtke, managing director of ACS Commercial ITO Solutions and executive vice president of ACS, Inc., joins us for an up-front and in-depth conversation concerning outsourcing - the benefits and drawbacks.

Prior to joining ACS in 2001, Don served as CIO and executive officer for several international companies. His expertise includes experience in high-tech manufacturing, transportation, distribution, and financial services.
