The Lone Star Community's 2004-2005 program year and activities will focus on providing member value to each and every member of our organization. The program committee strove to meet the needs of members in many different technical communication areas, as well as in different stages of technical communication skills.
Whether you are new to the field of technical communication, new to our community, or a seasoned professional, we feel confident you will find value in each of our meetings. Meetings will focus on the topics of Editing, Getting Publicity, Information Architecture, Management, Project Management, and Writing for the Web. We'll conclude our program year with a vendor fair so you can make contacts that will save you and your company money.
Our speakers range from the STC President, Region 5 Director-Sponsor, Associate Fellows, and Senior Members to local celebrities and noted members of overlapping professions. We look forward to you attending the meetings and enjoying the opportunity to network with your friends, colleagues, and new members.
