This month our members participated in not one, but two events. We compiled over 50 books at our annual book drive at the December meeting, and 10 of our members volunteered at the Salvation Army Warehouse in Dallas on December 20.
"We appreciate the opportunity to participate in the Salvation Army Angel Tree operation in addition to our traditional holiday book drive," Debbie Wiles said. "We're thankful to the Salvation Army and to Half Price Books for providing such excellent avenues so that organizations like STC can give back to the community."
