I told myself in late September that in November I would write about technology's impact on the technical communicator. And then, in October, I wrote a paper for my Hypertext Theory class that basically addresses the same topic. The paper focuses on the impact of single-sourcing technology because, as many of you know, I've been mulling over the single-sourcing puzzle for quite some time. Therefore, in the spirit of reuse—a practice very much akin to single sourcing—I'm including the paper here so that you can mull it over with me.
