As You Sow, so Shall You Reap: Four Win Registration

to the 50^th STC Conference

In a demonstration that dedication surely pays off, four Lone Star Chapter members won registration fees to the 50^th STC Conference in Dallas. Kathryn Poe and Judy Glick-Smith took turns drawing names from a pool representing each time during the year that a member had attended a meeting. Thus, the more times a member had attended a meeting, the more chances of winning. The four winners are:

• Ann Balaban, our Membership Committee manager
• Louellen Coker, our newly elected 2^nd VP
• Doug Dow, Managing Editor of Technically Write
• Chris LaPorte, a member who shows up a lot
