Bylaws Changes Proposed

The Lone Star Chapter Administrative Council proposes adding the following to the LSC Bylaws, in order to catch the bylaws up on what is already functional reality. This change will be put to a vote of the membership at the March 13 meeting.
Web Committee
- Manages the Chapter's web site.
- Posts Chapter information on the Internet, including meeting dates, events, competitions, seminars, and membership information.
- Submits to the Chapter Treasurer a budget of estimated expenses to the committee for the next fiscal year.
- Submits reports as required to the Council.
- Operates within budget guidelines established by the committee.
- Records all expenses incurred by the committee.
- Submits a report by April 1, summarizing committee activities for the past year.
