Jan Shelton is the lucky first recipient of the Lone Star Chapter's You Rock Award for volunteering. The You Rock Award was created to acknowledge the exceptional efforts of the chapter's volunteers.
Jan volunteered as the competitions committee manager for the 2002-2003 year. She immediately set to work organizing volunteers and getting things into place to handle entries, judging, and the upcoming award banquet. By building a great team of supporters, the competition process is running more smoothly and efficiently than ever.
Thanks for all of your hard work Jan! We are lucky to have you as a member of the organization.
